What Pump Wizard Pro Can Do

  • Guide step-by-step pump troubleshooting.
  • Provide safety-first diagnostics (LOTO (Lockout-Tagout, depressurization).
  • Identify common suction, priming, pressure, or performance issues.
  • Log structured troubleshooting data for review.

What Pump Wizard Pro Cannot Do

  • Replace OEM service manuals or certified service technicians.
  • Guarantee equipment repair or prevent downtime.
  • Perform on-site inspections, repairs, or part replacements.

Escalation Process

If the issue is unresolved after three troubleshooting steps:

  1. The bot will recommend escalation.
  2. Customer may open a service ticket directly through the bot.
  3. PSR’s service team will follow up by phone/email for additional support or scheduling.

Emergency Situations:
For emergencies (e.g., safety hazards, environmental release), stop using the Service and follow company emergency procedures.
